2. Relationship with Hetzner

ServerDeck is an independent third-party client developed to interact with the Hetzner Cloud API. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Hetzner Online GmbH.

3. Use of Service

You are responsible for all actions performed on your servers via the app. ServerDeck provides the tools to manage servers (e.g., Reboot, Reset), but you assume full responsibility for the consequences of these actions.

4. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the availability of the Hetzner API or the continuous operation of the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ServerDeck be liable for any data loss, server downtime, or incidental damages resulting from the use of this app.
